TiVo text is grey on grey background

    I have a TiVo box through subscription from ComHem in Sweden. The subscription started 14/6 2015. Everything was OK, but about 30/4 2016 there was a software update and after that all TiVo text is grey on grey background. Almost unreadable unless you are sitting right in front of and very close to the TV.
    I have sent my complaints to ComHem five times 2/5 2016 - 1/4 2017. In their answer they say that they are well aware of the problem, they have received many complaints and they are working on a solution, but nothing has happened.

    I'll be the first to ask:
    What model is the hardware?
    What software version is it running?

    I'm almost afraid to ask:
    Have you tried switching between SD and HD menu settings?
    How have you lived with this problem for so long??

    Hardware model: GX-CM700CF
    Software version: 20.5.5.2.RC4-CHS-2-E80

    I have not tried switching between SD and HD. I do not know how to do this.

    I have been waiting all the time for the COM HEM software update to solve the problem

    Switching between SD and HD: I found a description but I do not think that I have the prerequisites to do this.

    Unfortunately, we don't get much in the way of posts here from users of TiVo software on alternate hardware (ie non-TiVo hardware). I wish we could help but this sounds like something unique to your ComHem's deployment and your best support options are through ComHem and any user forums they might have.
