Tivo Tech support

    I had a great experience with Tivo Tech support and I want to tell everyone!!
    My Premiere became stuck on Tivo Central for several days after I changed to a new SSID and password. No matter what I tried (pulling the power cord, kickstart, praying to god :) nothing worked. I called Tech support, explained my problem and within 2-3 minutes the Premiere worked!!

    The Tech had me press on the remote, in succession, red thumb , green thumb, pause, pause. This little trick forces a 5-10 second reboot and brings you onto the SD menus. From there I was able to reconfigure my network.

    Also, for anyone that has lost Youtube, Netflix and Hulu Plus from Tivo Central - My Shows or Tivo Central - Find/TV, Movies & Videos there is another trick to get them back. Press on the remote, in succession, red thumb, green thumb, play, play. Within seconds, all three will reappear.

    Hope this helps anyone that was not aware and reminds those of us that will consider this old news.
