tivo/shaw/canada help

    I am hoping someone can explain what I need to do to get my tivo series 2 to work properly again. I have searched and can't find what I need to do to fix my problem. I have had tivo with Shaw (digital) for years and everything has worked fine until recently. I understand that the new switchover will effect tivo, What are the exact steps I need to do to get it to work properly? I have tivo hooked up the way it says to have it. Some channels say it is searching for others the tivo banner says the right info but it hasn't actually changed the channel, it show channel 6 on every channel.
    Can anyone walk me through some trouble shooting to see if I can fix this? thanks in advance

    You need to have a Shaw digital box first, and it connected with A/V to the TiVo, or RF it if it a DTA. You need the TiVo IR blaster also, set so the TiVo can change chanels on the box. You then need to repeat guided setup, for cable with box, your lineup, and the correct IR settings for your box.
