Tivo Roamio OTA Problem

    My wife told me that her recordings are being saved, but the specific episodes don't list on her Tivo Roamio OTA menu. Does anybody here have any suggestions on what, if anything, I can do to correct it? I have considered a hard re-set and re-programming everything. Could it be a current software/firmware issue?

    You don't say which software version you're using.

    You could probably start with a Clear To-Do List, before Clear and Delete Everything.

    Also, have you backed up your OnePasses with KMTTG recently?

    I will try to either Clear To-Do List or have my wife try that.

    Since I don't know what "...backed up your OnePasses with KMTTG recently?..." means, I am sure that it has NOT been done!

    I will look that up and try it.

    Have you checked the History folder? It might have information on failed recordings.

    What do you mean by, "the specific episodes don't list"--the recordings that are made don't show up on the Shows list?

    I just checked with my wife and she said that the Tivo Roamio OTA is back to normal.
