TiVo Premiere Powers Up, Shows Menu Screen...that's it.

    I've tried unplugging it and plugging it back in several times. When I try to go to the "Settings" menu, it just bounces me back to the main menu.

    Also, it says I'm not connected to the internet but I have a CAT5 hardline that's run directly to my router.

    Is there any other way to reset/reboot a TiVo or is this thing just dead?

    Switch to the Standard Menus using the 'Thumbs Down, Thumbs Up, Pause, Pause' sequence, fix the network error then you can switch back to the HD menus.
    see TiVo support I cannot access the menus on my Premiere.
