I just tried to log on and got an error. Noticed it was a really old (and not particularly secure) password and figured that was the problem. Clicked "forgot password" but it won't accept the temp password they sent me. Eventually it locked me out for too many attempts and I had to call. After a long wait on hold I learned this is a known problem and to give it "36-48 hours".
I explained how much I appreciated such lengthy downtime on a service I pay handsomely for and how very enjoyable it is to not receive a useful error message and instead to have to call. I tried initiating a support chat 15 minutes ago (while waiting on hold) and it still hasn't connected.
My app was working before. Now that I've reset the password it's toast. Neither my old nor my temp password work.
not meaning to pile on anyone else's misery if they're still locked out, but i was able to log in, access my shows, tdl, 1p mgr, the guide, and recording history.
maybe try it again?
Site was working a little better yesterday but still slow and would not refresh pages at times.
I just used it to transfer a program. Slow and when I went to logout it gave a 500 error. I get them a lot.
i've seen the 500 error once, a refresh loaded the page.
I tried "forgot password" again today and this time the temp password worked.
I have seen more and more 500 page errors in the last 2-3 weeks.
I've had non-loading issues with onlinetivo for the past week. Apparently, Tivo doesn't care about it.
Down for me as well...super frustrating. Why bother offering this functionality if you're not going to bother to maintain it?

This is precisely the error I am receiving.
I have tried everything and reported it. Tech Support STILL has no notes, ideas, et al. They act like it's a NEW problem for every call.
you guys wait for the error? wow, i don't know how to feel about my lack of patience, when it doesn't load after a few seconds, i close the tab.

it appears it's back...
And online.tivo.com is down again. First I was getting a 503 error, now it's loading the header but the rest of the screen is empty, with that spinning blue circle.
This sucks, I want to set up a recording downstairs and I'm upstairs...more importantly, the rest of my family is asleep, so I'd rather not move around too much!
