Whew! We are saved?
Not for me this morning. Hmmm....
Both working for me
Oh dang. I did NOT know that.
Our toys are becoming entirely too dependent on the internet...
Hmmm...24 useless comments (and mine now makes 25...LOL) about Tivo Online or the App not working. It does happen.
I would like someone to tell me why sometimes the app streams good and sometimes it sputters way too much, even on wifi (at times). It is impossible to determine when you are on LTE if it is the phone provider or the Tivo servers...
Maybe start a thread in the Help forum?
It was a rhetorical question, Joe. We both know there is no real answer...It really is amazing it even works. How many Hops you think it takes from the device and back??? LOLOLOL...Per packet!!!!
New name: TiVo offline!
Off line again today!
Off line again today. What's going on?
See other thread.
This week (May 23rd to now) I noticed I can't login with this error message: "Can’t connect securely to this page" I start by going to "online.tivo.com" which gets redirected to a new login page, which produced the above TLS-security error: https://cyborg.tivo.com/cyril-app-ui/desktop/#/resetpwd?passwordNotSet=true
Chat with TiVo as your PW and Login needs to be reset.
I was not able to log into my Tivo online DVR manager - i would get re-directed to a Log In page but after i entered my password it just hung there, then timed out. This has been happening for a few days. I usually manage my Tivos via my phone app, but when i'm in the man room i do like to just use my PC.
I didn't want to call or chat with Tivo, so i finally tried the (different) bookmark i have for my actual Account and when i tried to log in there i immediately got the message that due to a system update i have to update my password. They emailed me a temporary password, but the link in that email wasn't clickable (they even screw that up) so i had to copy/paste the URL into my browser, then go back to the email to copy/paste the temporary password and got right in. I then created a stronger password, logged out then back in to make sure it works, and now everything is working fine. I can access my Roamio and Premiere online again.
It would have been nice if i would have gotten that password update message when i kept trying to log into my DVR Manager instead of just hanging there.
It's not just online, my bolt with Hydra hasn't held a stable connection in two days. It's easily rendered the box useless.
