Anyone else having problems w/ TiVo not having the game descriptions correct for the NFL Sunday Package? The only place that that game descriptions are showing up are on the HD channels which I do not have. Not having the correct information causes me more work when I am record a Detroit Lions game (and when it's listed in the "What's Playing" folder it just shows up as "NFL Sunday Ticket" and not under the Detroit Lions and Football wish list that other programs show up as.

    Thanks,
    Steve (from Mars, PA)

Yea, same problem here. I can't set my Tivo to record the game in advance. I'v been waiting for the game to start, then hitting record with 1 hour pad. Leave and come back later to watch. Last year I was able to set up my recordings one or two weeks in advance.

I'm not having any problems with my DirecTivo, but I am having problems with my standalone. It just has NFL Sunday Ticket in 2 hour blocks.

HR10 and ST/Superfan-unable to set to record upcoming games
I have 8 HR10s along with ST and Superfan. I just tried to set this weekend games to record and I get an X 741 error and I am unable to set the games to record. I tried calling D* tech support and after no resolution the problem was escalated.

Interestingly, I was able to set games to record on 3 of my SD-DVRs in SD of course and also in HD on my two HR20 units that I have been trying to get used to for several months.

Does anyone else have this issue? I also noticed that this weekend ST games on the HR10s were recorded but that the game info did not match the games recorded.
I wonder if D* is having guide problems with the addition of new channels. So far the HR10s seem to be getting the short end of the stick.

Let me know if anyone else is having problems and by all means let D* know if you are.

    Thanks,
    BigBearf

PS I already started a thread in the HR10 section but thought others may see it here and respond.

I guess the question becomes if it's a TiVo issue or D*? Personally I think it's TiVo since the correct game information shows up on the HD channels but not on the other channels (704 - 716). I am going to submit an email to them via Lineupform on tivo customer support to see what's going on.

I'm having the same problem. All three of my DTivos (two SD and an HR10-250) cannot record the Sunday ticket games. My only options are "See future listings" and "Do nothing", but no "Record this program".

    This all worked last week.

I have the same problem with two seperate tivo machines. It will not let me record any sunday ticket games. I have an R10 and and a Hughes series 2 Tivo.

Tech support had no clue. They said something about the blackout schedule not updating.

I just spent about an hour with support (including on hold time) and they have identified the problem as an issue with their subscriptions and have promised me that it will be back on by tomorrow. Wish me luck!

I can record the games I just can't get it to record via my Wishlist.. I have to manually set it up to record and I don't get the game information... really, i just want it to record automatically w/o having to go in and change the settings every week...

I am still unable to use the guide and go to Sunday and set the games to record on 8 HR10s. I called D* and they were initially clueless but did note that a "couple of others" have reported problems. After the hard reboot etc suggestions the tech suggested a Clear and Delete which I told him "No Way".

I would suggest that anyone having an issue contact D* and maybe something will be resolved.
I did find a workaround using the manual record. I was able to set up the games using the D* button-7 shortcut to get to the manual record menu. I hope that I will not be recording a "you are not authorized" screen.

    Hope this helps,

Here's the reply I got from TiVo today:

    Dear Valued TiVo Customer,

Thank you for contacting TiVo’s Channel Lineup Department. We are unable to add program information to your Pay-Per-View or On Demand Channel. Your cable or satellite provider does not provide program guide data for On Demand, Pay-Per-View, or *exclusive sports channels* to our data provider. As a result, we are not able to publish the program guide data for our customers unless the data is issued to us in an official capacity.

If you do not see program guide data in the TiVo Live Guide for your On Demand, Pay-Per-View, or exclusive sports channels, you will need to use your cable box or satellite receiver remote control to view program descriptions for these channels.

To record a Pay-Per-View or an On Demand program that you have ordered, you can use the manual record feature on the TiVo DVR by going to:

    - TiVo Central, by pressing the TiVo button on your TiVo remote
    - Select Pick Programs to Record
    - Select Manually Record Time/Channel

If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please contact TiVo Customer Support at 877-367-8486 and refer to your case number, 7512402. We are open 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM Pacific time everyday

We sincerely apologize for inconvenience this may cause. Thanks for choosing TiVo!

    Best Regards,
    TiVo Lineup Specialist

Just called DTV about my T-60 not allowing me to record games via my (Paid for)ESPN Gameplan.

All of the games want me to pay the 21.95..ah what?

After about 45mins, I was told to do same thing, Manually Record It. Nice...

I found that I could not individually select a sunday ticket game to record (either from the schedule, or from a non-autorecord wishlist I use to search for games). I did, however, find that I could set my wishlist to autorecord and it WOULD select the game to record. I had to go and manually delete all the other matches in the wishlist, including the dead air that starts at 6am on Sunday, but if I left the actual game selected through the autorecord, it did record it.

The nice people at DirecTV were useless. I found this on my own.
