Tivo iOS app updated and Remote GUI Not Functioning

    I noticed that the iOS app updated itself today, I did not actively do so, on both my iphone and ipad.
    It all seems to be working fines, aside from from the remote control.......does not work on either my roamio plus, roamio pro, tivo mini.

    Not a deal breaker, but sure comes in handy when the Logitech harmony get mislaid.

    So anything I can do to sort it out?

    Is the update required or might one be able to rollback........

    Can't help with the main problem as I don't use the iOS app, but...

    As far as the app updating itself... I think there was a click-through screen when iOS 12 was installed asking if you wanted to set apps to auto-update—very easy to not be paying close enough attention and not selecting to turn that option off. You (and others...) might want to check settings and see what it is set as.
