Advertisements Dark Helmet, I had almost the exact same problem as you even down to using MBNA Shopsafe but with one exception, I never did take delivery of the S3 from TiVo. I ordered the first day and received the shipping delayed email so, being impatient, I called TiVo and asked to cancel the order and bought another S3 from a retailer. Got the S3 setup and lifetime transferred. When UPS showed up later with the TiVo ordered S3, I refused delivery. Never was contacted by TiVo and not charged (except pending status on the account) so I figured everything was fine until recently when I was contacted by Trans World. Now I have no S3 from TiVo and a credit agency demanding payment. As of now I don't know if my calls have this resolved but I'll be damned if I am going pay anything.
