Advertisements I noticed a few days ago that my TiVo Series 3 DVR forgot its name. When I go to "system information" it says <Name this DVR on TiVo.com>. I went to the TiVo site and decided to give it a new name to see if that would work. I've since rebooted the TiVo a couple of times and still no name. The account is in good standing and it is still downloading updates. Other than going through guided setup again (which I have my doubts about it working) is there anything else I can do before I call customer support? Thanks in advance!
