Tivo Edge - Serious Problem

    I have had this 2TB Tivo Edge for less than two months. It is for cable (Spectrum) and I use a cable-card with it.

    Tonight I received the message: The Tivo Box has detected a serious problem and is now attempting to fix it. This will take about three hours. PLEASE DO NOT UNPLUG OR RESTART THE TIVO BOX."

    Waiting has not been effective. It is in a continuous loop where it Powers Off; then Powers On; Displays START UP screen; then displays the "The Tivo Box problem" message; and then repeats.

    Does anyone know what the problem could be? Will I need to replace the Tivo box?

    Call Tivo, it should still be in warranty.

    Thank you. They are not currently available, but I sent them an email requesting assistance. I appreciate your quick response.
