Tivo Desktop server stopped when Windows 10 Boots

    Tivo Desktop was working fine for a while, then
    Tivo Desktop server is now always stopped when Windows 10 first Boots, and the Tivo icon in the tray shows the red X. So I have to restart the server by hand at each boot.

    How to fix​
