I tried to download a free show using Unbox. I got the Confirm Purchase page, but I didn't remember the pin that linked my Amazon account with my Tivo so I chose "I forgot my PIN". Tivo had me enter my Amazon username and password and then verified it. Next it had me enter my tivo.com PIN and although I am sure I entered the correct PIN, my Tivo told me it was incorrect. Does anyone know how to correct this problem? I have reset my PIN online to make sure I am using the correct one and I have forced my Tivo to connect with the service. It still does not work.
