Tivo.com My Account 404 Error

    Hi Everyone,

    Long time lurker but now need some of the communities assistance.

    For the past few years, I have been unable to actually log onto the tivo.com myaccount page as once I enter my email and password I receive an immediate 404 error. I am trying to update my card which is on file so that my renewal does not bounce if they decide to start charging me.

    I have called into support today however each support rep I have gotten wants to follow the script instead of actually trying to solve my issue. The like to start out by re-setting my password which I cannot even do nor does it work when they try as the password doesn't seem to be in the system.

    My iOS app and all tivo boxes have always worked.

    What is the best way to contact support or someone who can actually solve the issue?

    TiVo Online has always worked as well, this is how I know the password and email works. I can not reset this one however either as my email “doesn’t exist”.

    Works for me. Tivo.com, then account sign in.

    Are you using a VPN? Are you out of the country?
