Advertisements I received my new TiVo HD today and had the cable company (GCI Cable, in Alaska) install the cable card in it today after living with the companies own DVR for a long time. It took a couple of attempts to get the card working properly, but everything is coming through now. The problem is that TiVo's channel and program listings for GCI's local channel lineup is not up to date. They added several new HD channels in late Dec and early January, and almost none of them show up when I set up the channels. I had to add them manually, and they work, but there is no program info available which will make it hard to record certain programs I want to see. Who do I need to contact to fix this?
