Tivo cant see my VUZE , used to workperfect

    Hi I wish somone could help to explain what I have to do to reconnect my Roamio Tivo to VUZE (VUZE transcodes vido) and puts it in a folder on my pc from which Tivo plays the file.

    This used to work brilliantly, out of the blue it stopped.
    In VUZE the TIVO device "seems to be offline"
    In the TIVO in my shows meny, there used to be menu option for "Devices"
    now it is not.

    I have rebooted both TIVO and Laptop.

    Also, it seems like the TIVO does not have any settings pertaining to "devices'

    as a first step, load the web browser on the laptop and try to view your Tivo's IP.

    Some more facts that are "strange"
    i have one laptop that used to be discovered by VUZE and VUZE discovered it.
    I have another laptop (work) that is discovered by Tivo and Vuze on it discovers TIVO.

    So all of a sudden my "home " laptop is gone and neither VUZE or TIVO "sees" each other.

    The only change that happened recently, is that I installed and run a VPN (Unotelly) on my "home Laptop"

    I thought my home laptop worked for a while with the "home laptop" but all of a sudden fell out.

    I am really thank full for any additional ideas anyone might have on the matter
