The TiVo Bridge seems to be the cheapest MoCA 2.0 bridge available these days. But, TiVo documentation sucks.

Is there anyway to configure them for MoCA channel and security (password/key)? Or is it take-what-you get?

Just for the record. The Actiontec ECB6000/TiVo Bridge may have a configuration page. I found this thread discussing Actiontecs, which says they may have a configuration page at
    http://192.168.144.20/
Login is admin, password is ecb6000

I suppose you'd have to plug your PC in to the Ethernet port directly? Otherwise, how could it work if you had more than one? Which everyone would have...

At least for initial config. Hopefully, you could change the IP in the config.

If not, you could also get to them one at a time by creating a host route for 192.168.144.20 pointing to an unused address, e.g.

    route add 192.168.144.20 mask 255.255.255.255 192.168.1.222

...then add an arp entry for that address with the MAC of the Actiontec you want to configure:

    arp -s 192.168.1.222 01-02-03-04-05-06

Thanks for the info, on the Tivo Bridges (ECB6000s) I just bought the default password is bridge. Looks like configuration, stats and more can be viewed and updated.

Yes - Thanks - I reset the ECB6000, set my computers IP to 192.168.144.100, Subnet mask 255.255.255.0, gateway=192.168.144.20 browsed to 192.168.144.20 and entered User=admin, password=bridge, and I can change the settings. Mostly wanted to add a security code. Thanks!

Now that we are in the unit, is there newer firmware available?
