Tivo Bolt V312 Error for all apps except xfiniti on demand and VUDU

    Quick update on my case. I spoke with Tivo executive support and they were extremely apologetic with the experiences I had with the CSRs. Long story short is that they took accountability for their mistakes which almost completely restored my faith that Tivo is a good company. Plus they sent me my replacement bolt and now all is well. They really tried to understand my concerns and identify where in the process things went awry. They also said they will be more proactive in notifying the community of service issues so that we're not left figuring out on our own. Going forward, I'm hopeful that they will be more transparent.

    Hadn’t tried any apps since I got my Bolt a few months ago as part of the promotion.

    Every app I tried to open resulted in the V312 error message.

    I called TiVo and they had me power cycle, force 2 connections, uncheck all the apps, force a connection, check all the apps, force a connection, power cycle.

    As me error exists for all apps. They started a case, said it was a “known issue” and would contact me when there is a fix.

    Thanks for the link. I had to do “Clear and Delete Everything”, but it solved my app issues.

    +1 on this issue. I upgraded my spare TiVo HD to a Bolt+ last week and encountered this problem. Still waiting for the "call back within 24-48 hours". Interestingly, apps work on my other Bolt but Xfinity on Demand does not. Kind of a bizarre situation... I have to watch Netflix and Amazon on one Bolt and Xfinity on Demand on the other. SMH.

    +1 on this issue. Tried everything and nothing has worked. Called CR and sounded like they're trying a massive fix but it'll take two weeks.

    And it's resolved just after I called the third time. They said they didn't have a time frame to resolve it. I just checked and it was working. I did push a little more this time, nothing rude or angry, just saying I saw online that others were getting the issue fixed. Weird.

    SO I just received a 2nd replacement box because of this problem. My original Bolt + had the flashing 4 lights. I can't believe this is still going on in 2018... but it is.
