TiVo Bolt loses signal and won't record with OnePass

    This seems like an odd one, hoping someone has an answer. I have a new Bolt, which runs with cable card and tuning adapter. I am periodically getting a "this channel is not available" message (it hits all channels when it shows up), and it typically occurs under these conditions:

    1. When attempting to record something from One Pass, it will "no signal" not record 100% of the time. It records fine when doing so without the One Pass.

    2. Randomly at other times- I can be watching a channel, change channels and the screen goes out and displays the message above. It will either fix itself after some time, or I can restart the box (which fixes it 100% of the time).

    Anyone know what the root cause of this is and how it can be fixed? The TiVo is basically useless because of this. So far I've gotten no help from TiVo support.
