TiVo Bolt Channel Not Changing?

    So I have a Bolt 1TB. On occasion, we will be watching a channel (say 850 as example, could be any channel) and if I go to change the channel to 860 and push 8-6-0, the channel changes, but it changes to 850. I can do this several times and it acts like it’s changing but goes back to 850. If I push channel up and go to 851 and then type 8-6-0, it works fine and then any other channel I type in works fine.

    Any idea what’s going on?

    That's odd. I am getting a bolt soon and I hope mine don't do this.

    Do you have 860 checked off in your available channels list? Don't know if that would make a difference since you were entering manually but it might. Also when you push 860 do you hit "enter" or just let it try to do it itself (it can go into the thousands, might get confused)? Try putting in 860 then hit "enter"

    I do have it as a channel and I do hit enter. I didn’t try it without hitting enter...so that’s a thought...I’ll let you know when I have the next opportunity to do so.

    Ok. Make sure you are hitting "enter" though, small button on lower right of remote, not "select", when you hit enter it normally changes almost immediately.
