TiVo and XML data

    I see all the things Xbox 360 users are doing with the XML data the console produces. www.360voice.com for example.

    Would it be possible to do something similar with the XML data from a TiVo?

    Please provide a direct link to something? or do you mean you want to read RSS feeds on your TiVo? Or what XML from the TiVo?

    Would something like this be possible for TiVo?
    Have it list what it records, what you watch, times paused, FF, etc...

    I know the TiVo collects the info, but can we get to it?

    Oh, that. That is there in a log file, only there is no way to access the file without hacking. Once accessible, it can be pulled to a PC and ran through a perl script or something to make it into XML.

    series 2 has a built in web server and if you know what you're doing you can pull your now playing list off and format it for an RSS feed (something I'd love to do if I had time), but otherwise there's no RSS feeds or XML data coming off the box.
