Great show - it is going to be difficult to project a winner.

All of the finalists are very talented and very different.

Other than Javier, I thought the duos were better than the solo performances - I know they don't count towards the actual voting, but I think they will help some of the performers.

    Tomorrow night should be interesting!

Really tough to call. They were all good tonight.

I think right now I am really rooting for those kids who danced on Love is a Battlefield. :)

I think my favorite duets was Beautiful for the song and Love is a Battlefield for the spectacle.

My favorite of the originals is Inventing Shadows by Dia. It is still trending on Twitter

I just think Beverly is the shizz. She's got the best voice IMO, but the "voters" on iTunes certainly don't seem to agree (Javier is running away with it as of about 11:30PM Central). No offense to present company, but I just don't get the Javier love. He's too "American Idol-y" to me, just that whiny, about to burst into tears at any moment, one trick pony kind of voice.

Really? This was the first episode I've watched so I have limited stuff to go on, but I though Javier's song and singing were the best. Beverly sounded great on the duet, but I just didn't like her original song, and her stage performance seemed out of place. She seems much more comfortable sitting behind a piano or sitting on the stool with the guitar rather than being active on stage.

Dia has a very unique voice and I thought her original song was good but not great. I just didn't like the song. Her duet was not very good. Her voice just doesn't fit the song.

I think any of the 4 could win. But when listening to their original songs I thought "would I buy an album based on this song?". The answer was yes for Dia and maybe for Javier (sorry Brad). And it was no for Beverly and Vicci. But I really liked Vicci previously, so I'm kinda torn there.

I have liked each person best at different times based on a single performance here or there. It's anyone's ballgame in my opinion. Whoever wins, I will think they are deserving.

Overall, I am leaning towards Dia as my favorite, but did not care for her duet last night.

I like Javier and Bev. I can't decide who I want to win.

Was any one else as bothered by the opening song as me? That was the worst version of Under Pressure I have ever heard. Thumbs down to the producers for that one.

At least they didn't have Vanilla Ice there last night.

I think Javier finally listened to Adam and did his original song with limited vocal gymnastics and was much improved.

I still love Dia (even bought the song and voted for her).

I really hope these personal bonds I keep hearing everyone (judges and contestants alike) talk about are true. If so, almost everyone who appeared on the show will get a boost in their careers.

It almost seemed like Christina was told to reign it in last night. She was very cordial to each contestant last night, but kind of cold when commenting on their performances. I don't think much of Cee Lo as a singer, but that guy can put on a performance to beat all. I think all of his performances made me grin from ear to ear. I wish he had more control over the Coach performances. All but the first one on opening night were really hard to watch and listen to.

Isn't that the second Queen song the 4 coaches have sang? They have both sucked in my opinion. Not a good mix at all.

I was looking forward to seeing Christina when this series started because she is very talented. However, now seeing her as a person, I cannot stand her. She has made everything about her. When it's her turn to talk, she gets mad if anyone else talks. When it's their turn to talk, she won't shut up. And then last night after Dia's performance in the finals, she makes it all about something Blake said to her early in the season. Can't she just tell us about how Dia did and then STFU.

One of the problems I had with last night was the quality of the original songs.

I thought that Javier and Dia got really good songs, but Beverly and Vicky did not. No reflection on their vocals, but the songs weren't that good (especially Beverly's). This will obviously impact the voting.

Looking at what is happening on iTunes, it's going to be between Javier and Dia...

I didn't watch last night but I have a feeling Javier is going to win based on what Brad mentioned earlier, he is the American Idol-y type and that is what the voting audience (young teen and tween girls) wants. I like Dia and Vicci but something bothers me about Bev. I think it's that when she gets into the song she starts doing that head shaking thing while she's singing.

Completely agree. I was really disappointed in the song Beverly had to sing. I think rather than the duets and other songs the contestants should of had another oppertunity to sing solo for the win. Something they choose. AI has a better finals format for sure.

All that said, we really enjoyed the duets. Javier and Adam did an awesome job singing a true duet, they were so synced and in tune with each other. On technical merit they won hands down. We also enjoyed the creativity of duet with Beverly and CA. The Vicci and CLO duet was the most fun. Blake and Dia unfortunately were pretty boring compared to the others, but she did well in her individual.

Coaches group performamce was almost the worst part of the evening, should have totally been skipped.

I tried to look last night after Brad mentioned this. How do you see the trending on iTunes? I never saw anything to indicate how many were being sold.

It doesn't give you numbers, but look at the Singles sales.

Right now, Dia is #1 and Javier is #3.

Vicky and Bev are not even in the top ten...

i was surprised to just hear that a download on iTunes counts as a vote.

once again the 4 judges performance at the top of the show was just an embarrassment.

and i agree with those that previously said that Javier and Dia got the best of the 4 original songs. Beverly sounds great on Beautiful but Lovesick is just an awful song :)

I found a Top Sales page that showed Dia and #1, Javier at #2, Vicci at #11, and Beverly at #25. I think voting is over, so hopefully, fingers crossed, Dia wins.

Remember, however, that this is not the only way to vote.

That is why I think it will be close between Dia and Javier - they also count phone and text votes...
