Looks like "Without a Trace" got the axe, too. I don't watch it, but my wife does. Neither of us watch "The Unit".

Both shows were staples here. Going to miss them both, but 'The Unit' will be tough to do without.

Going into syndication just means that someone has the rights to run the old episodes, right? Someone posted something in the "Cancelled/Renewed" thread about that meaning some new episodes, but that's not the case, is it?

Just like all the other shows that rerun old episodes like on USA, TNT, etc., right?

This is one show that I'm not so happy that it didn't get renewed. I'll miss this one. :(

No BIH, though. It had a pretty good run.

I'd trade Medium for The Unit.

There's no other show on air like The Unit, and it doesn't seem like there will be anytime.

    I really enjoy military shows.

Then why did you bother to post in this thread?

I don't go posting in the threads of shows I don't watch just to tell people I don't watch them....geesh....

    Valid comment.

I hoped The Unit would be renewed without Molly. ;)

I really liked The Unit. Like holee said, I too enjoy military shows. Over There on FX was another good one, and that just lasted a season.

I like Medium, too, but would trade it for the Unit.

If The Unit goes into syndication, that'd be nice. I'd like to re-watch some of the earlier episodes.

Not necessarily. There are many new shows in syndication right now. Wheel of Fortune jumps to mind. Also, many of the "Court" shows on currently are syndicated. Local affiliates either pay a fee to air them or "barter" the available air time in the show to sell local advertising. It's how you see "free" TV. :)

he's hardwired that way, you cant blame him per se for his behavior :D At least he didnt post 'why is this news' like some annoying people do....i always wondered, why did you even open the thread if it didnt interest you? If i'd post in all the threads that didnt interest me, i'd have 4x the post count :p

so i assume you were thrilled with whiplash in that one ep and rooting for him ;)
