A+ Gallery_10.jpg ....but it is CLEARLY tuned to the channel.

The banner saying it can't tune to the channel is enormously annoying.

I've tried the very tedious task of reformatting the box and resetting everything three times in last few months but that banner keeps popping up.

Any ideas on how to make it stop?

EDIT:. It may or may not be important but if I record the channel the playback does not show that banner.

    Thank you, in advance!

    OTA

The channel is perfectly clear though. It makes absolutely no sense to say that the TiVo cannot turn to the channel when it's obviously extremely clear in both audio and video.

EDIT:. It may or may not be important but if I record the channel the playback does not show that banner.

Post the diagnostics on that channel. (Settings / help / Account & System info / diagnostics)

It doesn't give channel specifics there. It has a lot of my personal information though. How weird. I didn't know TiVo retained so much. Nothing indicative of that annoying banner

It's on NBC, which is crystal clear sans that banner.

Diagnostics should not contain personal information. Not even System Information.
Not even the Media Access Key.

a few of what's in diagnostics I like to know is, Program Lock and Signal Lock. I bet these say no.

Actually, I think they say yes. Not sure what I'm looking at. I took photos of the TV but this site says they're too large to upload. I will shrink the pixelation down and retry.

I'm recovering from that nasty flu going around and a bit ditsy. I appreciate your responding and will get upload to you ASAP as I'm sure I'm not only person that has this happening.

    Thank you!

What channels are the other tuners on when you get that message?

I've had that happen when the signal is lost for a split second. If you change the channel and then go back it should disappear (if you're recording the channel it still should go away)
