    Ontario Canada.
It was aired on Global TV in Canada then, because they have The Finder when The Office ordinarily airs.

So it aired in Canada BEFORE the US? Interesting.....

Not surprised, I've found several eps of other shows like Whitney on the interwebs before US OTA. Probably the same thing, broadcast in Canada the day before.

This show is quickly becoming like HIMYM for me - just not funny anymore and when I finish watching it I wonder why I wasted the last half hour.

I agree with betts4 that Andy's open was the best part of the show. After that, quick, headlong tumble down hill. Nice to see Pam again, but that was all just meh. Dwight being a cocky dad - not the least bit funny.

If it wasn't on NBC, who couldn't find anything better to replace it with anyway, I'd say tie it up in a bow and be done with it. I'll keep watching, I suppose just to see if there are any nuggets of funny, but I'm not holding out hope.

This episode was the one that caused me to kill my season pass. Show is over. No longer funny. 95% of the show doesn't even to have jokes written into it. Weak...

Jim and Pam were never the characters that drew me in. For me, it was all about Michael's agendas, Creed's moments, and the little personality quirks of all the characters.

Doesn't that happen to everyone when they have kids? All my friends that have kids are shadows of their former selves yet they keep trying to convince me they are actually a better person. I'm not buying it. :D

He should at the very least be docked a day's pay (can they do that for a salary worker? I don't know). I don't think one is usually fired for one day unexcused leave, but maybe not getting a raise this year or something.

Yes, I'm probably taking a sitcom way too seriously, but it's not just making his co-workers work harder, it's that he played hooky. Why didn't he take a vacation day?

He took most of the week off.

The whole time I kept wondering why they didn't just dock a weeks's worth of vacation. I guess that's just not as funny but it was distracting that no one suggested it. That would have made the punch line of his days off being no vacation work better.

I've been wondering what they can do to "fix" the show. At first, I thought maybe they should bring in some fresh blood. But then it hit me, who was the last "successful" character introduced on the show? Erin? Andy?

Robert California is a bust. The temp they hired to replace Pam while she was out on Maternity leave - does she do anything besides sit in the background of scenes? That was a complete waste. Gabe is annoying, not funny. Will Ferrel's character was horrible. His executive assistant was barely there. Come to think of it, the last "new" character that I liked was Isabelle, Pam's friend who slept with Dwight, and she was only in 3 or 4 episodes.

To me, it no longer feels like the show is written by a team of writers with a creative goal. It feels like each episode is written by an individual writer with barely any input from the others.

At its best, the show was about a group of people stuck in jobs they hated, working for a boss they didn't like but who desperately wanted them to like him. The show currently seems to be about a group of people working at jobs they no longer seem to mind, with a boss they like and who likes them. Where's the funny in that?

I agree with all of this EXCEPT Robert California...I think he's been great in his role...

The Office was funny when the things were almost real. You could almost see these things happening in a real office. The characters were just barely over the line from people you really knew and things you could imagine happening for real.

When things move too far from reality, it moved from a faux reality TV show (when it was good) to a simple sit-com, with fake people in fake situations that just lose it.

    I like Robert California.

I think Erin and Gabe are a bust. Erin started out fine and then they turned her into a weird and creepy character who is not funny.

I think the last new character I liked was Charles Minor. He wasn't funny, but it was funny how inept he was and it was great seeing Michael interact with him.

I'm tired of Dwight and Angela and Andy and Erin. I don't think either of those pairings is compelling or interesting and they keep going to the well on it season after season. Yawn.

I'm not entirely sure why I watch. I actually dropped the season pass for a little while.
