Really happy to see this is back, guess we finally know what happened to
Boba Fett, at least his armor (and maybe the guy at the end?)

You made me think it was already released.

Is this at least tangentially related to the thread? My wife and I are just finishing up "Breaking Bad". Yeah, I know. We are the last people in the continental US to watch it and our son shamed us in to watching it. And, of course, we loved it.

But we just saw Giancarlo Esposito on some talk show hawking Mandalorian. What a great actor he is. What part does he play in Mandalorian?

He comes in at the end of season one as someone named Moff Gideon who has a Mandalorian weapon called the Darksaber, which I first saw in the Star Wars Rebels series, curious to see how he comes in on this second season

Do we have to tag spoilers for this episode in this thread?? Surely not, but i don’t want to upset anyone.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Timothy Olyphant as a Marshal? I don't know if I can buy that.

Also, it turns out, the bartender was played by W. Earl Brown, who co-starred with Olyphant on Deadwood, where he played a bartender.

Dan Dority, Raylan Givens/Seth Bullock and Gustavo Fring. That is one hell of a talent add for the season. It should be fun.

What a versatile actor he is! I doubt anybody has ever played such a wide range of marshals...

I actually had to google after I finished watching. I didn't catch on to either of those.

No. It's by definition a spoiler thread.

That was Boba Jango Boba Mr. Fett at the end, but like some of you, I had to read it to know it. Although in hindsight, duh!

I love this series. So glad it's back. I thought they did a good job not over-using The Child. Plenty of time for that later.

At this point from information provided from the show, we don't know for sure that it is Boba Fett. However, in real life, that actor who was watching was the same actor who played Jango Fett in the prequels.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. In theory, it could be anyone that was a clone. But, given that we saw Boba's armor in the episode, I'm thinking it's Boba.

I think it probably is too. But more based upon "real life" thoughts that they would rather engage in the fan service to bring back Boba than just make it a clone.

Why would some other random Jango Fett clone that also died on Tatooine be so interested in what Mando is up to?

Edit : Corrected Boba to Jango.

If you watched "The Clone Wars":
It could be Rex -- a clone who isn't known to be dead. Considering Ahsoka is all but confirmed for this season, it might be a nice reunion.
But I agree that it's probably Boba.
