True in the first half of the season but in episodes 5-7 it was "Mando is on a mission and the people he's on a mission with betray him or planned to betray him". That got old.

 

To be fair, Din did his own share of betraying. He "killed" IG-11 in the first episode and then stole the Child from the Client in episode 3...

 

Season 7 comes out next month.

 

The Mandalorian blacksmith chick started immediately calling BY "the foundling", which confused me a little until she said that it was Din Djarin's mission until BY can protect himself.
One of BY's species was a Jedi master, why not another be a Mandalorian?

Another thing I wondered...
Why did the blacksmith stay until the end? She said she wanted to salvage all the resources (I'm assuming Beskar steel) she could but if the 'Imps' were coming wouldn't they just take it anyway?

 

Especially since "The Mandalorian" isn't even from Mandalore.

 

Which was made clear in this episode (even though I heard the fanboy chatter/canon experts chime in on this after the first episode.
