I'm not sure on the rules for posting about shows airing in the UK prior to the US but season 2, particularly episodes 3 and 4, has been fantastic so far.

I won't go into further detail for fear of breaking any spoiler rules.

Is this season coming to the US eventually? I liked it but I've long forgotten about it.

I think I read somewhere that it is going straight to Netflix after it runs in the UK.

Really looking forward to this. Season 1 was great.

"I am Uhtred. Son of Uhtred." Ya gotta love it.

And the recaps to start off each episode are great. I wish more shows did that.

I'm still loving this series. For anyone that hasn't given it a chance and likes these types of period pieces, specifically this time period, you need to do yourself a favor and give this a shot. It's very well done, IMHO.

Marathoned season 2 this wknd. Another absolutely excellent season. Lots of action, double-crossing, intrigue, and even a very surprising romance that really puts a great twist on the climatic episode. Great swashbuckling, historical drama.

"I am Uhtred, son of Uhtred." Man, I love that.

I watched the first episode of S2. I'm not sure why, but it didn't grab me the same way the first season did. I'll have to keep watching to see if it gets more interesting.

I didn't feel like season two was as good as season one but still a fantastic show if you like that genre. At one point it even reminded me of Spartacus.

Wow, I thought the opposite. My memory of season 1 is sketchy but I thought season 2 was fantastic. Uhtred is so charismatic, just like Ragnar in Vikings, but so are some of the other characters.

I've read the books so I know the general outline but forget most of the details. 4 episodes per book is a breakneck pace, I thought the show was better in periods when it took it's time.

    Destiny is all.

Yeah, I had no idea it was coming out, great to see it back and I've enjoyed the first four episodes.

Adding this to my lift of series to watch over the holidays. I really liked the first two season.

I was watching Vikings last night and got confused when young King Alfred showed up. :D

Just finished season 3. Another good one. You can tell that this comes from good source material. The story is constantly moving and the relationships are quite complex. Highly recommended.

Fantastic season. The key scenes in episode 9 (season 3) were amazing.
