Advertisements I received 14.9 today. Funny thing happened.... I did the restart and th Tivo got stuck on the last screen. Stayed that way for an hour. Meanwhile, the recording light went on for a scheduled recording. I checked my iPad app and it connected and showed that the recording was occurring. After trying all the buttons, I did a cold reboot and the same thing happened. Called tech support and they suggested disconnecting the ethernet cable and restarting again. Problem fixed. Reconnected the ethernet cable, restarted, and all is well.
