Great episode, as always.
Or grab the knife you use to cut the homeowners loose and slit his throat or Achilles tendons or eyeballs. Or beat him with a chair. It's the oldest trope in storytelling- when the bad guy is down why does no one do additional damage to make sure he stays down?
Incapacitate the MF!!
That said I did whoop with delight when she forked him in his old stab wound. That had to hurt!
I just sit and watch and remember this is brought to you by the same network that brought us 24...where drivers could drive 100s of miles in 5 minutes
I hate this show.
I cannot wait for the next episode.
I can't wait until next week, so I can hate it some more.
i might even watch it two times so i can hate it twice as much.
You always miss something the first time anyway.
In that case, maybe Ryan Hardy and the rest of the FBI should be watching a second time as well.
One more episode to go! It's so bad it's good only lasts so long for me.
Who will be the shocking follower revealed next week? My guess is the FBI lady currently buried alive in the grave will turn out to be a follower. She has been trying way too hard to keep Hardy involved, when his involvement is the reason behind Crazy Joe's motivations. Take Hardy off the case and Joe has no way to complete his book.
What sucks is the copycat networks will start churning out a bunch of new shows that defy the laws of common sense and logic to the extreme since this is a ratings hit. Actually, I think Revenge and Revolution started this new trend and The Following somehow took things a step further.
At least Revenge has the soap opera excuse and Revolution has the dystopian Sci Fi angle.
I kind of like it. I just go along for the ride. My prediction is that they will get Joe, but the series will be renewed, so next season they will have to catch the pyro guy in the Poe mask. (They never caught him, did they?)
I'm pretty sure they already renewed it. Would be pretty lame if they didn't catch Joe just so he can stick around to be the bad guy again next season.
i'm really glad i watched this. i always wondered what a door to door search entailed (like they did for the bomber recently) and now i know. knock on the door and ask if you've seen the bomber/killer and if things are ok then leave. unless of course the bomber is in there
in all her rage she should have been breaking dining room chairs over his head and all 3 of them kicking him while he was down. that would have been believeable then them getting captured again by the other cult members.
I told my wife it makes no sense to run over and pull the crazy cult chick off of the reporter when you can't run 10 ft without having a heart attack. Just run over and kick her in the face as hard as you can and she'll go down for the count. Plus I was shouting to Claire when she hit Joe with the wine bottle. (To be honest I asked why didn't she hit him earlier when he was talking to the home owners and was distracted) I was shouting for her to take the knife or broken bottle and cut his throat and end him once and for all. And of course the nearest neighbor is "through the woods" and it was bright daylight when they ran and pitch black when they are found. How far away was this neighbor? Why would you be flagging down an unknown car when you know the bad guys are looking for you? Man this show brings out more emotions than a well written show. Mostly it's just anger. My wife still wants to watch so I guess I'm in for at least one more episode. It recorded last night so I'll put it out of its misery tonight.
