I haven't seen any threads on this spin-off. I started watching from the pilot because I liked the premise when this was on a Bones episode.

I don't know how it's doing but I am enjoying the shows and have it on a SP, so I hope it gets renewed.

The characters are a nice mix and as much as they seem to be predictable, there are some twists in them that I like.

    Is anyone else watching?

I am watching it, and enjoying it, but I would not be heartbroken or surprised if it bites the dust. I like the premise, I like the characters, but in spite of that, I don't think it has been particularly good.

I haven't watched and I'm not going to but I remember when I first saw its commercials, I wondered if they even tried to think up a name for this show. The Finder. What the hell kind of effort went into that?

I think the Bones back-door pilot was actually quite a bit better than the series has been. Maybe the cast changes, maybe they changed the tone a bit too much. I can't put my finger on it exactly, but I'm just not enjoying it as much, which is odd, because I liked the pilot--and NO it isn't because the pilot had Bones and Booth.

Perhaps it's the absence of Saffron Burrows.

I watched the first two regular episodes and it's ok but I don't like the addition of the teen girl and I'm not sanguine about giving Hart Hanson another chance to screw with me story wise (See Zack on Bones).

So I've passed on more episodes.

Maybe they took all the people complaining about Terriers to heart.

I agree with you except I'm sticking with it for the moment, but it's on the bubble for me. After the pilot, I really thought I was going to like it, but for the reasons you list, and others, it's just barely hanging in there. The ratings are poor compared to Bones, so I am not going to invest any emotional interest the show or the characters. Considering the lead-in, it's not performing well at all.

Good news for any fans of The Finder out there: Fox had second thoughts about pulling the show completely from the schedule after March 8 - it will return on April 6, although it will move to Fridays (Gordon Ramsay's new show, Hotel Hell, will be held back until the summer).

I thought tonights Finder was very good. I was good to see a little character development in the girl, and the hurricane zany-ness. I hope they can keep it going.

I actually enjoy the show ... kinda goofy like Psych. I am glad it will be given a small chance to survive - though we all know how Friday time slots turn out.
