Some funny stuff, but yeah, *that* was the season finale?

I did enjoy the Wolowitz/Air Force storyline, though!

 

Oh bummer... I didn't realize that was Season Finale. It's coming back next though season right? I keep thinking we may be seeing the end of this show soon.

 

It was renewed for next year before this season started.

I think the shorter episodes (presumably the extra commercials are to pay for the big salary bumps they negotiated) are leading to rushed storylines, and the show overall isn't as good, imho.

 

Yeah. This was one of the weaker seasons. Even so, it's still something I look forward to, so I'm glad it's been renewed.

 

Oddly uneventful for a season finale. Nonetheless, I could watch those three parents all night. Incredible actors. They could do this in their sleep.

It's always fun with the two moms are together, but add in Judd Hirsch and it's gold.

I thought the Howard "government conspiracy" plot was a little too overwrought. Funny at first, but then it turned cartoonish. Although the part where they were being followed was good.

They need to shake this show up. It's become too predictable, and the jokes are from familiarity, not great writing. Let's drop some characters next year, or add some, or something. Have Penny & Leonard move out (really move out), have Amy move in, something to give us some fresh stories.

 

well we will get to see Penny's brother first or second episode next season

LOL, what if they have Lenoard's mom hook up Penny's brother to try and get revenge on Lenoard's father for hooking up with Sheldon's mom

IOW why Penny's dad wasn't in this. But I love Judd Hirsch and hope he shows up more.

 

I wouldn't be surprised to see Penny's dad in the season opener, and possibly even Penny's previously unseen mother.

 

We'll have another chance to finally find out Penny's last name!
