Oh, don't get me wrong - she used very bad judgement. I thought she was an idiot before, and this just sealed the deal.

But however stupid she might have been, he was horrible. He used his FOUR YEAR OLD DAUGHTER to make the woman feel bad about a mistake HE admitted to making. So rather than take responsibility for something he did that he felt was wrong, he dumped all his crap on her.

I agree that a lot of her crying was probably the realization that she had made a mistake. She tried to get an edge on the competition, and it backfired. But he made her feel like crap about a mutually consenting experience, and used his kid to justify doing so.

That is just sh*tty. The guy is a total a-hole.

Thank you for allowing me to add the new phrase "slut-shamed" to my vocabulary, right between "*****-slapped" and "slut puppy". A very treasurable entry. :)

It possibly aired before the "first" ep of this season aired.

It looks like you can watch what you missed at http://abc.go.com/shows/the-bachelo...-18/1801-the-bachelor-countdown-to-juan-pablo at, for now. The page says 01/05/14, which was a Sunday. IIRC, I got on a plane to Vegas for CES the night of 1/6/14 (a Monday), right after work.

If you want to see the tribute to Gia, skip to the ~28:15 mark.

    Thanks! Interesting.

It sometimes is interesting to read articles written about particular eps of the show.

Do many people here also read Chris Harrison's blog on the show? I only sometimes take a look. I kinda wonder how much he sticks around in terms of watching the filming (if at all) and how much of a status report he's given on stuff that's happened while he was away.

The Women Tell All ep will likely be quite lively and interesting, as usual. :) I'm sure swim in the ocean and errr... whatever happened will be the subject of a lot of discussion and anger.

But yeah, JP's behavior is pretty puzzling and just all over the place re: what he allows and w/whom, up to this point.

    Spoiler alert.

Renee just got the boot. And this was the episode that confirmed everything that I liked about her. From the first episodes when she was motherly to the other girls, through all the episodes where she continued to be the most stable and mature person on the show, and then to see her with her son... as a person, she is completely out of everybody else's league. Even Juan Pablo. She is destined to find much better.

I really, really hope they pick her for the next Bachelorette.

    She would be great!

Meanwhile, I hope JP ends up with Clare.

    They deserve each other...

I am shocked Renee got the boot, she was my favorite and I thought was going to win it. I hate Clare but I bet she wins, she knows how to play men.

My wife now has a serious case of the sad. Being a local girl, she was rooting hard for Renee. It would be pretty awesome if she's the star next season.

I wasn't shocked. She is too good for him. I would have been sad if she got stuck with that loser. She deserves better. I have been saying for a while that she would be the perfect Bachelorette for next season - I hope they ask her!

Anyone subscribe to the Facebook page? The comments are a riot! It's been on my newsfeed for a while and I've never seen such trashing of a bachelor. He will go down as the worse Bachelor ever!

Worst ever? He is up against this guy and I could see arguments for both for the title.

She's very pretty and knows how to flirt. Unfortunately, she has the emotional maturity of a 13 year old. When looking at her sisters, I couldn't help thinking that she must have been adopted. She just didn't resemble any of them. When her mother finally got to talk, I really liked her.

He's definitely a runner-up. He was boring, no personality, and as a guy can honestly say not very good looking. If anything, it was his bachelorettes who can be nominated as the worse. They swooned and behaved liked he was God's gift to women! :D

About last night...I hate to defend JP, but Andi did not do herself any justice going on and on about JP saying "OK". She was annoying as hell! Just have your say and be done with it. But I guess the lawyer in her could not stop herself.

Yeah - Andi was pissed (and rightfully so) and wanted to make sure that JP knew it and took some responsibility.

Which was her first mistake. She should have just said "It's OK" and walked. Because JP is such a narcissist, and the least self-aware human on the planet, of course he would have no clue as to why she was upset. She was smart enough to realize that this was all about him - why would she think confronting him with any of the evidence would make a difference?

I don't think he is going to propose to anyone. And those girls will have no idea how lucky they were to escape this vacuous bag of self-absorption.

    What. A. Loser!

The Women Tell All is next week and looks like a doozie!

Andi during the fantasy suite: paraphrasing..."I couldn't wait 'til he was done"!
