They got in the boat, the boat 'driver' apparently said he'd take them where they wanted to go (or at least that's how they interpreted it).. THEN NOTHING HAPPENED.. They didn't start going.

I don't really like the team, but on that specific issue, unless there was a language problem talking to the boat 'driver', I think they were in the right to be miffed..

On the other hand, I don't exactly get how they just get to throw someone out of a cab...

That was bizarre. I've never seen that before on the show, I don't think. Maybe they offered the passenger money to get out, then got frustrated when it was taking him too long to get out? I can't believe that the show would allow that without penalty.

He didn't say he hated India. His exact quote, which was shown on the screen, was "I don't like this place." I saw nothing wrong with that, regardless of his handicap. He didn't like all the noise where they were, and once he got earplugs, he was fine.

I thought the passenger was at the end of his taxi ride (the taxi driver said "I can take you") but was just being slow to get out. Either way, they were extremely rude to him!

EEEEWWWWWW!!!! I just threw up in my mouth a little

I agree with others that the Goths really slipped a bunch of notches this episode. They sure didn't come across well. How bad were they? I was actually rooting for Ron and Christina to edge them out. That's how bad I thought they acted.

On the other hand, Mallory was actually very 'normal' this week. And I must say, when she acts normal and not all hyper-active... she's really an appealing person. :)

I think he just didn't want her makeup to run.

Well, I guess I am. I realize I'm in the minority on this.

Except in this case, the hours-earlier flight was the one all the other teams were on, and there would be no perceived possible advantage to the Cowboys' flight - it connected through Delhi just like the other one did.

I'd rather they went to Botswana than keep going back to India. Half the time they go to India, they seem to spend a lot of time focusing on the animals in the busy roadways.

This is how I took it...K&V took the cab because the passengers were done, but were taking their own sweet time to get out. That said, pushing them out of the cab was pretty bad. :D

I am pretty sensitive about "ugly American" behavior on the race, but I didn't take Zev's comments the same way I've taken other teams' comments about how bad things are in their race city.

The comments were kind of mild by comparison, and well, he did have a reason for them. The other comments in past seasons were usually coming from spoiled Americans used to suburban malls.

To me, it was equivalent to being in a loud disco or something anywhere in the world and just saying he didn't like it because of the noise or atmosphere. Again, he said "I don't like this place" -- not "I hate India."

Actually I find people's comments about "no more India or China" on Amazing Race to be a bit ugly American-ish.

I'd love for them to go to Egypt (I know they did once a long time ago, but I didn't watch TAR then) just so I can see if the "traditional tasks" they make them do on detours are real or made up crap.

I like diversity in race destinations...but the show seems to hit on a few "touch points" each time it visits India or China. Yes, we know that animals share the streets...

My comment was he'll do fine as long as he doesn't pass a restaurant!

Glad that whiny idiot has gone. Not sure I could stand another round of his complaining about everything and needing to stop to eat all the time!

Kent is a HUGE butthole. I was really annoyed with his promise of help to Gary and as soon as he got the answer, he ran and deserted him. WTF???? Then throwing someone out of a taxi??? No way. He should have got some kind of penalty for foregoing the rules of human decency just to win a race, IMO.

How about when he yelled/whined at Vyxen "Vyxen...get my bag!" at the very end.

Since we're on the topic - what possible destinations have gone untouched by TAR in all these seasons? (And by "posslble", yes, I'm throwing out North Korea, Iran, Libya, et al. :D)

Ron's legacy - the Hungry, Lost Racer. :D

And Kent ditching Gary bugged me a little, though I don't remember if they promised to team up through the whole challenge. Even so, the WAY Kent did it was just as bad as doing it. He was really acting like a jerk.

He was not having his best episode this week... but Vyxhoweveryouspellhername was getting on my nerves just as much.

He said something like, "I know where the last guy is, I won't screw you." So, I think it was kind of implied there that if they work together to get the other ones, Kent was supposed to lead him to the final guy.

Kent told Gary that if he helped him that he (kent) knew exactly where the end was. Then Kent ran off before Gary got the clue to get an advantage.

The show has a history now with India and China. It is probably easier to go there now for production reasons. I really dont think they will go to Egypt for a long while due to the civil unrest there.

I was almost hoping when they showed him lost that he would have stopped to eat something.

That part could have very well just been the editing though.
