We need to put out an APB for the OP. It's been three days now.

I'd love to be able to suspend some of my season passes, especially during the summer when they're showing reruns, or when I go away and want to record only certain shows, but not others that would fill up my Tivo's memory.

With all of the wisecrack answers, I want to pose the same question. I have a Tivo in my vacation home, and sometimes I let others use it. I would like to suspend all Season Passes while they are there so they don't get messages about Tivo trying to record while they are watching shows. Then when I return, I would like to resume the Season Pass.

To make this more complex, I wonder if there is a way to suspend just certain Season Passes. Similar reason, I have someone coming over and I don't want the hassle of Tivo asking about recording shows while other channels are being watched, for certain Season Passes only.

Does this need now may sense to anyone? Any ideas? Tivo masters, are you listening??

I know of no simple suspend for anything on the TiVo and still have the TiVo operate (if you pull the plug that will do the trick but its not what you want).

Okay... Newby (Roamio OTA cord Cutter with ZERO posts) asking the same dang question which was never answered.

HOW do I suspend OnePass in order to stop no-signal nags if I just want to watch stuff already recorded and there's no signal available?
    Scenario:
Traveling in RV. Using the overnight stop to catch up on recorded programs we havent had time to watch rather than the hassle of doing antenna/tv channel scan setup for local.

The Roamio works just fine powered directly from Coach Battery.
ASSUMING I convince the spouse, she's unlikely to miss anything by not leaving the Roamio at home and running the OnePass

ALSO .. YES I read the whole thread, in fact both threads on the subject. And a search turns up nothing relevent.

I would also like to use a 'back-up' function as mentioned above. If I could find it. Searches on both just turn up noise.
    Thanks in advance

Wow, thread from the dead, must be a Zombie Apocalypse  - Oh, no different show...

As far as I've been able to determine, there is no such functionality. I wasn't aware of the 'Nag' feature, my experience has always been that it recorded 'black screen' when it wasn't receiving a signal. I experienced this on my TiVo HD box and on my Roamio Pro - but maybe the OTA acts differently.

I haven't read through the entire thread, but for just an evening here and there on your trip, how about before you start watching your recorded shows, go into the todo list and select shows scheduled to record that evening and select "don't record". That way you won't be interrupted and you are not having to delete any one-passes.
