Man, the guys had the PERFECT opportunity to pick off one of the girls. They KNEW the girls were coming after them. And they blew it. Now, they're all doomed.

Unless, of course, they're not. But it sure looks like they are.

Could the tide have changed if jason, james, eric and ? teamed up to vote one of the gals off? I almost felt like James was thinking about that at one point.

The immunity challenge was a good challenge and I am glad it was so close.

    Jason.

He went to the exile island. Found another REAL immunity idol and then didn't play it.

I think this season a women's alliance just might hold together until all the guys are gone. But Eric or James could go on a winning streak: you never know.

Yeah, they seem to have lost their last best chance. If the three guys had changed their votes to (say) Natalie and Jason played the Idol, then Natalie and Jason would have had three each and James two. And the women flat-out SAID that they were gunning for the men. Why would they just go along with a plan that says "get rid of all the men"?!?

The look on James's face when Jason didn't play the Idol was priceless. Then again, James knows first-hand how imbecilic it is to get voted out with the Idol in your pocket...

Guys, please don't take offense, but men just don't see these things some times.... and these three guys sure didn't see it. Jonathan would have seen it if he was still there, but not James, Jason and Eric. The ONLY reason James and Eric knew the plan was they got to listen to the females talking. Why oh why they didn't form an alliance is beyond me!!

Yeah, that's exactly my point. They DID see it (granted, they had to be hit over the head with it, but they did see it). Why they didn't ACT on it is just incomprehensible to me. And sure, Jason has the IQ of a plank of wood, but if Eric and James spoke very slowly in small words they probably could have gotten the point across.

I was feeling sorry for Jason, until I saw the look on his face when Jeff asked if anyone wanted to play the immunity idol. Someone that naive and/or stupid deserved to get booted.

Now, the only thing I can see saving James and Eric is continuing to win Immunity while the girls knock each other off. That is, if the guy who doesn't win immunity gets thrown off. The girls aren't making friends on the jury right now.

Did you see the look on Ozzie's face when he learned it was Parvarti that got him kicked off? Priceless.

What's up with nobody playing the Idol? Having it makes you a target.

The auction was the funniest thing on TV all night - and Earl and The Office were both good (I haven't watched Scrubs yet). Paying $20 to lick her fingers. :D

The guys aren't the only idiots. Amanda knows that she's #5 in a 5-woman alliance (if it wasn't clear to her before, it should have been after the cake-eating invites were handed out). Amanda and the boys could have voted out Parvati or Cirie and blown the whole girl power alliance away.

IMO all three of the guys have the IQ of a plank of wood. None of them have shown much in the way of manipulating or trying to turn the tide. They had a great opportunity.

So have we EVER seen a HII played in Survivor? Seems like they are found and then wasted every time.

The only one I have seen played is the fake one. Seems the people who have found them so far have either been too stupid or too cocky to use them.

Exactly. It should have been James, Jason, Eric, and Amanda vs. the other 4 girls. They completely blew it, including Amanda. I guess she thinks being girl #5 is better than making the final 4, or she still trusts Parvati to take her farther (!?). She even had the inside scoop on what was going down. She knew the votes. It's possible she could have even done it without Jason having to use the idol. If Amanda is one of the people supposed to vote Jason, she could just change it so that her side all votes Parvati, Parvati's gone. The only challenge there is convincing Jason that he really is going without having the other girls find out about it. But they didn't even try. Instead we now get to watch the guys parade out the door before anything else interesting happens.

Jason is an idiot for not playing the immunity idol. Gotta admit, Natalie played him for a fool.

Which makes no sense. Just how f'ing stupid is that boy? I mean, good golly, it ain't like she's given him any and she isn't pretty. What hold did she have on him. Any why, why, why admit that you found the idol? Someone that dumb honestly deserves to get chopped.

Jason was still so enamored about having friends and "being in an alliance" that he just blindly trusted them without giving it a second thought - or even a first one, for that matter!
