On tonight's episode, Jewel Staite (Kaylee on Firefly) guest stars as...Amy Pond!
Very uncool to post spoilers.
Are you SERIOUS? The thread title didn't, in fact, have a spoiler (it was a guess). Additionally, if you are that concerned about spoilers, the thread title should have given enough hint to stay out.
One wonders if some of the complaints about spoilers are just to cause an argument in this forum, and not because of any genuine concern about being spoiled.
Or maybe it was a joke?
At least I hope so...that was how I took it.
And if it wasn't, then I doubt very much it was a spoiler (I haven't seen the episode yet, although I'm just about to start watching it). I just thought it was funny that there is a character named Amy Pond on it.
Is that a Doctor Who reference? Could be. Is the fact that there is a character named Amy Pond in the episode a spoiler? Doubt it. But if Matt Smith turns up, then I will apologize profusely.
I chuckled when I saw post #2.
A Supernatural/Doctor Who crossover would be really cool.
After watching the episode, all I can say is:
That was cold, Dean. That was really, really cold.
Dean is a dick.
And yet he was not entirely wrong.
Not even mostly wrong.
letting the kid live...if the theory is monsters gotta eat, then the kid's gotta eat too.
Wasn't there an episode early on in the series with a similar theme, but involving a female vampire? I could be misremembering - it's been a long time.
I agree. I guess that would have crossed the line, though (for us, I mean)
For me, it would have given Dean's life as a hunter even more rawness and grit.
I would have been down with it. Odd though, how the promise of future revenge against Dean and possibly the ones he loves, did not dictate and command Dean's decision...him being a stone cold hunter/monster killer that he is.
Yeah, he should have gone there, as well.
That whole 'look me up when you get older' felt like it came right out of Kill Bill.
