Question. I have ST and SuperFan. But this week's games on HR10-250 shows message asking to call Extension 741. This happens to both SD and HD games. Had Refreshed Service, Restarted (via menu), Hard Restart (unplug, 15 secs, plug back). Called CSR. All that to no avail. I can set to record fine on HR20-100. What I need to do next? The CSR is clueless and started telling me that I might have to wait to closer to the time.
