Well, that kinda makes sense since by the time the Alliance people got to the planet, the larder was already stocked.
And that kinda doesn't make sense. I'm frankly appalled at the lack of interest in the loss of a considerable percentage of their population.

Did you see the size of those creatures? each human would be a snack. And they hunted in a pack. Another 2-3 humans in the cave would have just been 1 day's worth of food.

But I guess it's all moot. There are a ton of holes in each story so I should just take it easy and enjoy it. And I will miss this show a lot. I really like it.

meh...you changed your avatar...I looked at my post and wondered "how the hell did I quote Rob? that wasn't him!"

um...the old avatar was fuzzy and you were farther back. This is not an improvement :p :D

    Well, the old picture...
...was when I was a strapping young lad of 40. But now that I'm a decrepit old man of 50, I figured in the interest of truth in advertising...

The least you could have done was wear the same glasses or let the beard fill in to match the old one, just to spare us the shock. :p

Can't...with my prescription, the reading part is too tiny to be practical.

    Bifocals all the way, baby!

Same age too, if you're 50.

I know, you were nowhere NEAR his neighborhood! *grin*

I just got around to watching this last night and three things jumped out at me.

    1. How did TJ know they were north of camp? Wasn't she unconscious when the creature dragged/carried them to it's cave?
    2. Out of all the stasis pods how is it that the one Rush decided to do a diagnostic on just happened to be the exact one that Brody was in? I'm not a statistician but I imagine that the odds of that happening are pretty high.
    3. I guess Reynolds isn't worth a damn because Greer and Varro kept saying that they'd rescue her instead of them.

    1. Sun position maybe?
    2. It looked like Rush saw the pod was "occupied". He wasn't just doing diagnostics, he activated it to teach them a lesson.

I don't think it was to teach them a lesson. It was more like "what a great chance to do a real diagnostic with someone inside! AND I get to mess with them to boot". :)

Oh, I think it was to teach them a lesson. "This is what happens when you don't listen to Rush."

My impression (and I admit this one didn't have my full attention) was that Rush was evedropping on Eli and he actually switched the pod on by remote control and, after having scared Eli sufficiently, shut the pod down and released its "contents".

    "You don't know everything, kid."

My impression is that Rush knew about the “pods”. The screen Rush was viewing show all the pods empty except for the one Rush switched on. I think in the final episode everyone except for Rush is going enter a pod. There going to be one less pod. Beside somebody has push the button just before “Destiny” make it final jump on it thousand year journey to the next universe. Fade to black. ;)

    Property management, duh! :D

But I used to be a medieval historian, and I'm a lifelong science fiction/comic book fan.

I agree 100%! If they were able to do a series finale, I bet everyone gangs up on Rush and beats the crap out of him. Fade to black!
