Well. Looks like Master Sgt. Greer has a new BFF.

Why would the Lucians want to attack Home World HQ? Revenge? There's nothing to gain by it. (Other than to set up the aforementioned subplot).

Oooh. Methinks that Col. Young is a little jealous of Varro crunchin' on his main squeeze.

I guess I can sleep well now, knowing what the end game will be. It's obvious with Harry Solomon coming on board Destiny, that the intelligence at the beginning of the Universe is . . the Big, Giant Head! (Too obscure?)

I thought that Grier and Camille Wray were going to need a room by the episode's end but then she mentioned her special friend back home.

I didn't like the senator at all. Glad she got toasted.

I guess the Destiny is now famous for killing TWO senators.

Unless it was setting something up for the future, I was not too impressed with this episode. The Lucians can just land a cloaked shuttle on the roof of Home World headquarters? We need a little better surveillance. Yeah, I know it's what cloaking is for, but at a distance, not on our heads.

They cut off Earth from the only people who know anything about the Alliance...
Apparently, they only think they can. The execution was, shall we say, slightly flawed. ;)

I think Evan would have been only SLIGHTLY more suspicious if he had 3 arms and spoke in Chinese

Granted, but the plan was to land there and set off the bomb. Wait, WAS that the plan, or was that merely a supposition?

I so knew that "airman" was Lucian Alliance the second I saw him.

Disapointed by this episode, expecially the Earthbound plot. Nothing really happened on Destiny either. Throwaway episode for sure.

I don't remember enough of the original Stargate movie to know for certain, but I wouldn't be surprised if French Stewart was given a line or two that was some kind of callback, given that he played one of the soldiers on that original expedition to Abydos.

I can't help but think his "nice" when he first enters the bridge might have been one.

The difference here is, in the movie he wanted to go back home. On Destiny, not so much. :)

What, not enough money in the FX budget to show the Homeworld Command building from the outside after the crash? Just some random parking lot footage with people running around?

No, one of them died on Earth due to circumstances on Earth, not Destiny.

But if it weren't for the stones, she wouldn't have been in the building...

Exactly what I thought when I finally caught up with this episode today. Hanging with this only because it's almost (thankfully) done...
