In the middle of watching this now.

John de Lancie brought up Leonard Maizlish (heard about him a lot in Chaos on the Bridge) near the beginning. Apparently, de Lancie got the part as Q as "payback" as Leonard was in a hospital and got entertained daily by something John was in 1 pm daily.

 

I will probably be skipping the Voyager and DS9 ones coming up but will probably watch July 5th: Star Trek Doctors Live Experience 2pm ET - GalaxyCon is More Than a Comic Con, We're a Festival of Fandom with four "doctors": Crusher, Phlox, Bashir and the EMH.

 

This isn't TNG but I'll be catching July 11th: William Shatner Live Experience 12 pm ET - GalaxyCon is More Than a Comic Con, We're a Festival of Fandom with "the Shat" today. And, yes, I've seem him on TV (WAY before Twitter existed) refer to himself as "one take Shat". And, MANY years later he said .

The Shatner "meet" was a bit of a disappointment. Pretty much all the questions that were let thru revolved around stuff NOT Star Trek related. I did like his brief answer about his trip to Japan (relates to Better Late Than Never, which I did watch).

I still am amazed that he still looks good and is so functional for someone who is now 89!

The Shatner ones were even more. I skipped over the prices but I think I saw them at over $200 for a 2 minute chat w/him.

 

Apparently Virtual Trek Con Summer 2020 began on July 15th. I only learned of it now.

Judging by a quick check at Programming Schedule, ones that have already "aired" are still available.

 

Star Trek Day mentions a bunch of panels on Sept 8th. I hope they'll be recorded as I need to work during the day and have some work meetings too.

From 5th Anniversary Open House Telebriefing 2020 (mystery) - Trekland, it looks like there will be a free virtual meet with ‘Yesterday’s Enterprise,’ DS9 pilot ‘Emissary’ and ‘Star Trek Generations’ director David Carson on Wednesday, Dec. 9, at 7 pm Pacific / 10 pm Eastern.
