So, so far we have seen Vaping, droids, and earpods, things that weren't around 20 years ago

    Anything else we can expect?

Shouldn't Agnes have exited via the airlock if she wanted to prevent the ship from being tracked, rather than just poisoning herself?

Quantum entanglement cannot be used for communication. It allowed you to determine the state of a remote particle (read) but you cannot control that state (write).

Communication requires both read and write operations.

Now, we are specifically taking about determining location. But that means we would need to be able to determine location from state, but in every discussion about QE the state is random, therefore not tired to location.

That is exactly what I thought she was going to do.

If she was needed for the next episode the captain could have rescued her.

I'm pretty sure the EAH would have stopped her, or at least deterred/annoyed her long enough for something else to knock her out... ;)

I'm just gonna put this out there, but if you design a psychiatric emergency hologram, you probably should make it a little harder to turn off.

This was one of my initial gripes as well. All they needed to do is convincingly give some reason one would have been dropped there, and we'd be fine. For example, imagine if when Picard was entering the cube, he pulled it out and held it in his hand as a visible worry over what might happen next. When he became wobbly near a chasm and was caught by the Borg to prevent his fall, he dropped it, it fell down to, well, exactly the place Elnor found it. Come to think of that, that's believable enough that I choose to believe that's what happened. Problem solved!

Regardless, if it serves as a reason for Seven to return to a borg cube, find Hugh dead, have some angry revenge, and further some other plot points along, I'm all for it.

(I don't think she ever met Hugh, or would have any personal attachment. But I could still see the situation being a cause for irritation).

Years of watching TV have taught me that you usually suspect the person you don't know versus the person you do know.
(Which it's why it's such a "shocking betrayal" when they are outed.)

But even though Raffi admitted that she had never told Rios she had a son, she did explain why she was out of sorts.

You mean Freecloud. Only Picard was given the permission to embark on the cube.

I'm still surprised that no one has made a Bluetooth version of the TOS earpiece.

Why is there an E3D heat break and heat sink sticking out of her ear? :D

Proof of time travel. Some careless time traveler left their 3D printer back in the 60s, and a movie studio cut it up for props.

My interpretation while watching is that she knew the substance she injected would neutralize the tracker, and the poisoning was an unfortunate (but perhaps recoverable) side-effect.

These have made the rounds on some Picard FB groups I'm on. On a side note, some of those groups are so frustrating. I may just have to tune some of them out/hide their posts or just have them not show in my feed.

No such thing...at least not in the 21st. Maybe the future has found a way to make a sad pizza but even store bought frozen if made correctly can be enjoyed. Of course I am Italian so sauce and cheese= perfection!

They have Starfleet Badge shaped Bluetooth "headsets". But the in-ear one looked out of place even in the 60s.

I liked the Star Wars reference to landing on an asteroid and getting eaten by a gormagast.

I was also surprised (and pleased!) that the Kizinti are back in the Star Trek universe. I had thought that was a one-off for the animated series episode "The Slaver Weapon".
