OK, I'm typing this as I'm watching, trying to put down all the evil characters I recognize:
    Pinhead
    Freddy Kreuger
    A Cylon
    A Miniature
    Frankenstein
    Manbearpig
The Creature from the Black Lagoon
    The Headless Rider
    The Terminator
    A Cyclops
    Jason
    Kahn from Star Trek
Lo Pan from Big Trouble in Little China
    Wario
    Medusa
A Skeksis from the Dark Crystal
A Flying Monkey from the Wizard of Oz
    The Joker
    Darth Maul
    A Storm Trooper
    Sagat from Street Fighter II
And, of course, Stan's Woodland Creatures.

I loved that Popeye was on the council. And Kyle's death and Cartman's reaction. I can't wait for the final episode next week!

A re-enactment of Ed Harris reviving Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio in "The Abyss", BTW :)

Was the scene with Cartman walking through the what I assumed to be wheat field a recreation of the scene from Gladiator? Or was it Kingdom Of Heaven? Both films featured scenes like that.

Cartman deserves to meet the woodland critters.

hmmmm, so Butters is the "key", huh?

Maybe it will all come down to an apocalyptic battle between him and Professor Chaos....

I thought it was a spoof of Baltar's dreams/hallucinations with Six on Battlestar Galactica ... especially since the beginning of the episode started with Cartman's "previously, on Battlestar Galactica."

Man, a three-parter! Loved the Stargate, er, Doorway to Imaginationland, references (especially Kurt Russell)! :D

Let's see if I can remember the Council of 9:

    - Morpheus
    - Luke
    - Wonder Woman
    - Aslan
    - Zeus
    - Jesus ("I'm with Luke!") :)
    - Popeye
    - er, crap, can't remember the other two ...

Was it the Tooth Fairy or Glinda the Good Witch from Wizard of Oz?

I thought it was the Good Witch

This multi part episode is awesome. Cartman sure has a thing for getting his balls sucked.

    I wonder where Stan is?

Shouldn't Mr Hankey, as well as all the South Park characters have been "imaginary" characters?
Shouldn't Cartmen be an "evil" character?
If Kahn was an evil character, shouldn't Kirk and Spock be "good" characters?
    Can Cartman fight himself?

I loved Jason Voorhees reaction to the Woodland Critters. "I don't want to meet the kid that dreamed them up!"

Has South Park ever done a three-parter before? I was a bit disappointed that they didn't wrap things up this week.

But I was glad to see the return of the Woodland Critters. That episode was one of my favorites.

    Kurt Russell: "Oh, it HUUUUURTS!"

Was not the show with Cartman going into the future ala "Buck Rogers", a three parter?
