so every day my tivo needs to be reset

    I have posted before but I can't get bak to that thread - very annoying like my tivo. Anyway, I believe it is my cable card or my refurbished tivo that was sent to me a few months ago when my first one died. Is there a refund for this machine? They are sending me a new cable card but I have a feeling it is the machine since the same thing is happening all the time. I can't even get a signal on the tivo today at all! I've called my cable company several times a day for the past week - again, taking up my time....I would like to return this machine and get a new one. Is this one under warranty? I can't believe how unreliable the have become
