    Sorry for the delay.

The TA is Cisco. The signals strength is usually around 90 give or take a few points, according to the TiVo.

Here's a screen shot of the STB diagnostics. Not sure if that includes all the info you're looking for.[IMG] Thanks.

That's okay, TWC customers only buy the internet, they don't actually get to use it either.

Sorry to revive this thread - just bought a Bolt Vox and the Comcast cablecard person on call told me my SNR of 36-37 is too high and a technician has to come out.

This might be a dumb question, but if I go to a Comcast office and get a new cablecard will I have better luck by chance or not related to specific cablecard at all?

A SNR of 36dB is fine. What is the signal strength %? BTW, a four tuner Bolt has a very good AGC circuit that will try hard to make your signal 90% and a SNR of 36%. Are you replacing a Premiere? If so, the same signal may show a bit lower, but it's just the display.

I ask because you are in the Premiere forum.

Signal strength I believe was in the 90s. I have a Vox 6 tuner.

Then the AGC has a bit more variance. But 36db is still fine and this is still the Premiere forum. :)

Signal levels are not related to cable cards.
