I really like Dwayne as a host, I thought The Rock Obama could have been better, but as cold opens go I thought it was funnier than most, especially since it was fairly quick.

I thought the highlight of the night was the wrestling skit, I was LMFAO through the whole thing.

And as usual the mix on the musical guest just seemed to be awful, well, that and the fact that George seemed to have an issue getting his W in "Who" out, but he did it the same way the whole song, it just sounded real odd to me.

ok show overall, and i'm used to michael che flubbing punch lines, ruining great jokes, on weekend update by now, just wish he could learn to recover in a funnier way.

my new pet peeve with SNL is how they take a topical event of the week and then make several jokes about it.

    this week - Robert Durst.
They do a full sketch about him and include him in Weekend Update.

I realize not a big deal but it's like they don't have any material so they have to beat headline news to death.

I though overall, this was the best episode of SNL in a long time. Lots of laughs for me in this one.

I roared when the two of them got poison darts in the groin. It wasn't the end result but something about the way Pete Davidson prepared for his cartwheel.

Ok, so I'm watching it again.

Dwayne's monologue was pretty epic, the man is pretty talented.
    Pepboy's genderflect commercial, awesome.
Then my favorite of the night: Wrestling promo.
Bambi: I was pretty Meh on this.
Random Couples meet: This was just stupid but I still laughed, mostly at Keenan's stuff.
Escape from Jungle Island: Oh man, very funny.
    Brogaine commercial: Meh.
Cooking with Paul: It was ok, I think there was some further context I didn't know. Is there someone with a cooking show that got convicted recently?
Live Improv: Thought was stiff and went no where, nary a chuckle.
    Police Interrogation: Meh
    Circus Interviews: Meh

I thought most of this episode was pretty good, actually. A few LOL moments for me this week, and relatively little FF.

They seemed to have a few extra seconds at the end and Dwayne was really gracious with George, the cast and the audience; that was nice to see.

I typically ff through most of SNL, but did watch the Bambi skit and the blow gun skit and thought both were very funny

I wonder if maybe my local affiliate jumped in early with commercials then, because the good nights were cut very short for me. Dwayne barely got all his words out before it cut to a commercial. I didn't get to see any of the mingling, hugging, etc.

It was pretty quick this week. Maybe around 15 seconds. It's usually NBC that cuts them off with a promo before the local. (Obviously your local could've cut out earlier, but for the most part, the local always hits at 1:01:17 or so for a live SNL.)

Both the Rock and Bobby Moynihan were great on that skit.
