Completely middle of the road for me, nothing really stood out, nothing was truly awful either though.

Stefon was the best part of the night for me. I think they really missed with the Capt. Rogers thing, woulda been a lot more funny to me if Seth kept butting in.

The Apocalypse was pretty good too.

I hate Stefon. He ruins the show for me.

Other than that - this was actually a not so bad episode.

Loved Perry doing Florence - that cracked me up.

    Pretty weak.

Stephon is so over the top, it always makes me laugh, though. Weekend Update was the best part. I kind of liked the Digital Short too. The rest was entirely forgettable.

While I hate Vanessa Bayer with the heat of a thousand burning suns, I do love the J-Pop America sketches. The professor makes that sketch. It is so sadly true to real life for a small segment of the population.:)

I know a few people who agent as bad as the kids who host J-Pop, but they're not too far away. O think its hysterical every timing also love the Chavez Kink and Queen, and Katie Perry coming in as a Chavez Poppa had me cracking up.

And this may have been the best Stefon bit yet. The password "diabetusx made have to pause so I could hear the rest of the sketch!

O thought it was a better Han average episode too.

Also, the Alan Alda impression was spot on again. Terrible sketch, but good impression.

That was the best Stefon skit ever! mainly because I work at CVS and we like to say "Diabetus!" it all goes back to an episode of Family Guy lol

I think Hader's Alda is the best impression I've ever seen.

The Soul Mates sketch was cute. I saw the elevator shaft bit coming a mile away, but I still liked it. :)

Meh. The only useful thing Perry contributed was some good vocal impersonations. That Florence Welch was great! But the episode was near the bottom of this season's barrel for me.

At least in her previous appearance she made a pair of valuable contributions. ;)

Note to the NBC costume department: airline captain's jackets have four stripes on the sleeves. Alec Baldwin was wearing a first officer's jacket, with only three stripes.

Uh, he wasn't playing a captain. He was playing himself pretending to be a captain. Accuracy unimportant and even better that it was wrong, intentional or not.

No need for that, her 'Christina Aguilera' in Doggy Duty soundtrack does the trick.

I think she played the JPop character well and the impersonations. In general musical artists as main guests don't work, Justin Timberlake notwithstanding.
