Setup call always gets "phone in use" / voip

    I am using voip from MyPhoneCompany (1 year and quite happy with it). I can't get the initial setup call to go through.

    I've set the dial-out prefix to ,#019 or ,#036 or ,#396
    I've set the call waiting to *99, or *70,

    I keep getting "Phone in use". The phone's not in use and the tivo is plugged directly into the voip box -- there's no phone plugged in at all. Help!

    On the change dialing options screen, set the phone availability detection to off.

    Thanks Mick, I have tried it with phone availability both on and off and I still get "phone in use".
