Selling a Tivo Edge OTA 4 Tuner 2 TB with Lifetime

I've got a 4 tuner Tivo Edge OTA (2 TB) with Lifetime service that I'm looking to sell. I got it about a month ago and put the lifetime service on it. It's in great condition and works perfectly. I found out that OTA reception is not as good where I live as I thought.

As most of you may know, the 4 tuner 2 TB version of the Edge has been discontinued and its getting harder and harder to find them.

I'm just looking to get back what I spent, so I'm looking for $475 which includes shipping. I have over 1500+ positive feedbacks on ebay for buying/selling. Looking to unload it here to avoid all the ebay fees. I have the original box, voice remote, power cord, and HDMI cable to go with it. PM if interested.
